How To Check-in
Gen Hotel operates with a Self Check-in system. Before checking in, please make sure to check the email sent by Gen Hotel for instructions.We kindly request you to input your guest information.
※ Please note that providing the guest information the day before the stay will facilitate a smooth check-in process.

House rules
1. Smoking is not permitted in all hotel areas. All rooms including the rooftop in the hotel are 100% smoke-free.
2. Noise: ※ Because it may cause inconvenience to other guests and neighbors, please cooperate to avoid loud disturbances and/or noises especially after 8pm.
3. Lost & Found: Customers are responsible for managing their belongings and valuables. Gen hotel is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings.
4. Damage and/or theft of hotel facilities and property: If the hotel facilities / property is damaged due to the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act, the customer will be liable for any repair cost.
Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellation of a reservation, the Customer will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of accommodation (cancellation charge) as listed below. If the reservation is canceled one day prior to the intended check-in date: 20%. If the reservation is canceled on the intended check-in day: 80% If no notice is received of cancellation: 100% (No show).
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in from 3pm Check-out by 11am * Luggage cannot be stored at the hotel before check-in nor after check-out. * There is a set plan with luggage storage run by the tourist association. The hotel requires self-check-in at the check-in machine.
