What To See!
Tsurugaoka Hachimangu shrine
Minamoto no Yoritomo, the first shogun of Japan, relocated the Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine from Yuigahama beach to its current location, as the ancestral shrine of the Kamakura Shogunate. Since then, it became the focal point of Kamakura’s town planning in its present form.

The cafe uses famous Kamakurabori lacquerware as their tableware which guests can experience while enjoying Japanese delicacies from the region. A Museum is also located on the 3rd floor of the same building.

Houkokuji Temple
Hokoku-ji Temple is a popular tourist attraction and a symbol of Kamakura. It was listed as a three-star spot in the Michelin Green Guide Japan. About 2,000 Moso bamboos make up the beautiful and dignified bamboo grove of the temple. How about taking a stroll to experience Japanese ‘serenity’ and ‘coolness’ to your heart’s content?
