Checkin & Checkout
Check-out by 11am
* Luggage cannot be stored at the hotel before check-in nor after check-out.
* There is a set plan with luggage storage run by the tourist association.
The hotel requires self-check-in at the check-in machine.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is canceled one day prior to the intended check-in date: 20%
If the reservation is canceled on the intended check-in day: 80%
If no notice is received of cancellation: 100% (No show)

2 Noise: ※ Because it may cause inconvenience to other guests and neighbors, please cooperate to avoid loud disturbances and/or noises especially after 8pm.
3 Lost & Found: Customers are responsible for managing their belongings and valuables. Gen hotel is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings.
4 Damage and/or theft of hotel facilities and property: If the hotel facilities / property is damaged due to the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act, the customer will be liable for any repair cost.
