301 JOKYU 承久の乱

okyu was the battle of the Imperial Court (Kyoto) against Shogunate (Kamakura) in an attempt to regain national control over to the Imperial Court. After Kamakura shogunate won the battle, they oversaw the Imperial Court to control and extended their influence to western Japan.
