308 WADA 和田義盛

Wada Yoshimori was a member of Miura family clan and he was the grandson of Miura Yoshiaki. He served in the army of Minamotono Yoritomo. His residence was located near the Gen Hotel in the current Kamakura Sculpture Hall. In Yuigahama, the “Wadazuka station” marks the spot where Yoshimori died on the battle field and the place is still named after him today.
